  • Most of our purchases take between 4 to 6 weeks depending on our client’s requirements. Some take longer than 6 weeks and some shorter that 4 weeks.
  • It’s good to approach us about 3 months before you plan to move into your new property.

We service clients with or without pre-approval. However, we suggest you get a pre-approval to understand your budget ball park. This helps us secure the property which meets your requirements faster.

  • There’s no hard and fast number here. It’s not uncommon for our clients to purchase the first property we present them.
  • This is because we only present the property to you which we believe will meet your criteria. We have already filtered out the ones that don’t meet your brief!
  • Whilst we put every effort to ensure we can complete the purchase, there may be extremely rare circumstances where you may not like any properties we present to you. This means, the process might take longer than the initial 3 months.
  • At this juncture, we try to evaluate the client’s brief and see if any amends might be required. Many factors can influence this, market movements, volatility etc.

We believe in quality over quantity, and we’d rather serve fewer sellers exceptionally well than spread ourselves too thin across unfamiliar suburbs.
